If you’ve started to read this review because you’re thinking of hiring this company to wall mount your television, I’ll just say BOOK THEM NOW. No need to look any further. If you want to know why, read on. I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors in my 35 years of home ownership so I can tell quickly when someone is being straight up with me. I got that sense from them right away over the phone, but my personal experience with him proved to be even better than I imagined. When  Ali arrived—exactly on time—they were friendly and professional. They put slip covers over their shoes before entering our home. He patiently explained the pricing and options of the mounts he carried with no attempt at upselling. Once we chose what we wanted, they set to work. Mindful of keeping our home clean, barely a speck of drywall dust hit the floor and the bracket was installed so securely that there is no way it's ever falling off that wall. But here’s where service goes to the next level. Being an older guy and not up on Smart TV technology as much as I think I am, He advised me to run over to Best Buy to get an optical cable. He said he’d carry on with set up, and if they had to wait until I returned, that was okay—my choice. My wife said privately to me, “It’s not fair to slow these guys down on a Friday night. Just have them do your original plan and let them get home...” Should have listened to him. He contacted me the next morning to ask, “How was the sound? If it’s not as good as you hoped, we’ll come back and install that optical cable. I want you to be totally happy with your set up.” Lesson learned—listen to the guy who knows what he’s talking about. So… they were back Saturday night, after a massive 30-centimetre snowstorm I might add, to take that 75-inch TV off the wall, re-cable it, and put it back. Excellent professional service, reasonable pricing, knowledge, integrity, and patience. You don’t meet many people who offer it all, but when you do, you recommend them far and wide, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to you.

Very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He walked me through the details of the job and advised of potential issues. I am very particular about my house and he and his worker were extremely diligent with my quartz. They wore booties over their shoes without me having to ask. I recommend this company to anyone.
